Love this runner!
I love this runner! I purchased a couple of runners to put in front of my back sliding door in my dining room. I wanted to be able to rotate between them for cleaning as it’s a high traffic area for us during the spring and summer months. It was exactly what I was hoping for: well made/durable, fun and colorful without being too much or tacky. As you can see by the photo it’s bright and colorful but not over the top! Some notes:Smell: I know some people complained about smell – any fabric item that is basically hermetically sealed will have a little funk to it. Yes I noticed a smell upon opening the package but I immediately recognized that it was due to being tightly bound and packed in plastic. The rug didn’t make the room smell weird and it aired out quickly.Sizing: Other people noted that the sizing was off (which makes sense as these are handmade) – as I previously mentioned I purchased two runners (of this brand/style) in different colorways – one was about 1 1/2” shorter in length than the other. But it was, in my opinion, negligible enough that it barely feels worth noting.The only thing worth noting is that it’s not reversible – there is a label on the underside. I would have preferred if it had an edge style tag that could be easily torn/cut off rather than a big satiny mattress style tag but at this price point it’s not a dealbreaker in my book but it may be for someone else. Great value overall – money well spent as far as I’m concerned!

9’ was the exact length I needed. It brightens a dark hallway and will go in my washer. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t say how it holds up. It’s very soft and nice to walk on over carpet,

BEAUTIFUL COLOR + QUALITY TRUE TO IMAGE
I love these rags rugs sold by SAFAVIEH and have purchased many over the years in many sizes and colors. This one is a beautiful hall runner and the only reason I bumped it down to 4 is because it is not 10′ long as listed. They usually come closer to the listed dimensions but I kept it anyway because it is lovely. They do sometimes have a chemical smell initially but are quickly aired out, especially if placed near an air purifier. They also launder and partial dry well. I don’t dryer dry fully because that can cause uneven shrinkage but rather I stretch border edges out evenly on damp rag rugs and hang over a railing on my porch or over my tub edge to fully dry. I remove tags so I can flip twice a year to the cleaner side with a non-skid pad underneath so I don’t need to wash them often because I don’t wear shoes in the house or have any pets right now. With pets, you do need to wash them more frequently but at least you can wash them! I’m a big fan of these colorful, cleanable and long lasting rugs!

This is a neat rug! My complaint is regarding the integrity of the fabric. It looks like it’s made from recycled strips of fabric that have been woven together to make the rug.. It’s what gives the rug its personality, but my son plays on the rug periodically and he can easily pull the little strips out of the rug. Just walking on it has proven to loosen some strips, so they stick up off of the rug randomly. I’ve put the rug in a room that doesn’t get much traffic.

I bought this rug for my kitchen. I had seen a number of people say that this rug smelled when it was unwrapped… I did not have this problem. There was no or very minimal smell. It looks exactly like the picture and works perfectly in my kitchen…. I am very happy with it.

Our bathroom has a double vanity and we needed a 7 foot rug. I love the variety of colours and it adds a bit of texture in there. We had one from IKEA years ago and they don’t have them anymore – so I was really glad to find it on Amazon!
